Hello, I'm Hannah, founder of OT sleep solutions, registered Occupational therapist and certified Sleep coach.
I believe that sleep is fundamental to every aspect of our health and well-being, and that we should all be able to understand and nurture it.

Throughout my professional work as an Occupational therapist in the NHS, Social services, Education and Charity sector, I became acutely aware of the wide-reaching impact that sleep quality has on clients, colleagues and myself.
Using my holistic, person-centered and practical approach to health I wanted to offer evidence-based solutions to sleep problems. My specialist training includes Adult Sleep modules and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) with the Sleepwell Academy. Level 6 OCN Sleep Practitioner training at The London School of Childcare Studies, and Coaching Skills for Occupational Therapists with OTcoach. I also bring many years of personal experience to my practice, as a mother of three children and someone who has overcome their own insomnia.
I am a registered Occupational Therapist and a member of The Royal College of Occupational Therapist, the British Sleep Society, and The Sleep Charity who support my practice as a CBTi therapist. I hold an up to date enhanced DBS certificate. I am currently working in the charity sector as a paediatric occupational therapist.
